Thousands of individuals and families are relocating here. Businesses are choosing to move their headquarters and business groups here. The housing market is stabilizing and spending is improving. All of this to say, the silver lining is in our sights and we must keep focused and working together to regain stability in not only the housing market, but in all business segments.
